During the workshop\, Chef Josh Pleasnick will demonstrate how to create appealing cheeseboard accompaniments like candied bacon\, roasted garlic bulbs\, bread & butter pickles as well as handmade jams and mustards. The event is $20 per person and will be held Saturday\, January 26 at 10AM at Yahara Bay Distillers in Fitchburg\, WI. During the workshop portion\, Madison Cheesemonger Liz Dueland will guide participants through the principles of how to build a guest-worthy Wisconsin artisan cheeseboard.
