Take the beloved malt profile of a classic M rzen-style beer (a.k.a. Octoberfest)\, add the unique nutty and fruity character from Wild Rice\, and you get a German lager amped up to Bock strength with toasty flavors and subtle hints of fruit. ORELIA DRY HOPPED TRIPEL?? Orelia translates to "Golden" a spot-on description for this beer. A dry-hopped brew with all the simple complexity of a Belgian golden strong ale\, juiced up with the assertiveness of Amarillo Hops. First brewed in 2015\, this throwback beer will be re-released in collaboration with Working Draft Beer Company. GOSE KETTLE SOUR?? A style of salted\, kettled soured beer that originated in Germany.
