Card Party The Verona American Legion Auxiliary is hosting a card party on April 28, 2019. The funds raised from this event are used to send one or two Junior High Schools girls to Badger Girl State for one week at the UW Oshkosh campus. There the girls learn about our form of government and how it works. They campaign and have all the political parties and on the last day of the session they swear in the 2019 Governor of Badger Girl State. Many Wisconsin government dignitaries are present. Date: Sunday, April 28, 2019 Game Time: 1:00 pm Cost: $5.00 Location: American Legion Hall, 207 Legion St., Verona, WI Euchre, refreshments, prizes
