Our five-year anniversary celebration continues with the inaugural release of Gold Stone Doppelbock. The limited release beer goes on tap at 3PM. You're also invited to meet, talk to, and grab a beer with Brewmaster Kirby Nelson during a public talkback session at 6PM. ABOUT THE BEER ?? Brewed during "Depth Charge", the beer was made by heating hot, granite rocks over a fire and dropping them into the wort. This old-world brewing technique is in the tradition of a stein beer and created a Doppelbock that has a rich, malty, and smokey flavor.
