Japanese Bookbinding

Discover the art of Japanese bookbinding at the Verona Public Library on Monday, August 20, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Librarian Mark Cullen will teach participants a variety of simple hand-sewn, non-adhesive bookbinding techniques popular in Japan since the 14th century. All supplies will be provided and participants will take home two completed projects. This class is for adults. Registration is required and is limited to 16 participants.
