Cheese Lover's Workshop & Reception

In celebration of National Cheese Lover's Day Sunday, January 20, Yahara Bay Distillers is selling tickets to an upcoming Cheese Lover's Workshop & Reception. During the workshop, Chef Josh Pleasnick will demonstrate how to create appealing cheeseboard accompaniments like candied bacon, roasted garlic bulbs, bread & butter pickles as well as handmade jams and mustards. The event is $20 per person and will be held Saturday, January 26 at 10AM at Yahara Bay Distillers in Fitchburg, WI. During the workshop portion, Madison Cheesemonger Liz Dueland will guide participants through the principles of how to build a guest-worthy Wisconsin artisan cheeseboard. At the conclusion of the demonstrations, guests will be able to enjoy the completed cheeseboard. Available for purchase will be cocktails and spirits at the Yahara Bay Distillers tasting bar.
